The breakfast was great. The beds were extremely comfortable and I got an excellent night's sleep.
We had ants in our room on the 5th floor, which we discovered the next morning after one bit me. I reported it to the front desk and they said they would spray. Hopefully this happens.

location: the hotel was close enough to the restaurant, the race track and night life, and night life. it was 1 mi from sonic drive-in, offering quick-service food. the room with pull out sofa.

Family-friendly spot but noisy
The staff was accommodating, they got us the beds we needed plus extra bedding. And the location made it super easy to access everything.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
